In case you didn't know, it's Lust Have It's birthday (Well it was - in August) and what do you always expect for a birthday box? The biggest and the best. Well, safe to say, this did not disappoint.
The August box actually came late (Really Late) most people including myself received it at the beginning of September. I'm a very patient person so I can really let it slide and wait by the door, although a lot of people can't which resulted in a bad backlash and a few cancellations before they had the boxes in their hot little hands. Pretty bad for them considering how amazing it was...
August Lust Have It included a few amazing little beauties. The little cosmetic mesh bag - which I will actually probably use - I'm happy with (I really love pink) and the #1 inclusion for this box, which Lust Have It let the secret out early was the Eleven Miracle Hair Treatment. This promises to give you eleven benefits for your hair by using it. It smells like pretty much any hair treatment (I think) and has a creamy consistency. RRP $24.95 and it was a full size product.
Also in the bag was.... Face Wipes! Now I barely use face wipes, but believe it or not I actually love seeing them in the boxes because they do tend to come in handy and they are one of the things I least like to buy. They came as a full size product RRP $6.95 with the cutest little handbag size packet which is RRP $2.50. Now I know not everyone was thrilled about getting these but I was soooo happy! Smells very citrusy (is that a word?) - I like them!
Also included was BioElixia Body Shaper RRP $39 and the full size was included! This is supposed to be used to diminish stretch marks. Now I don't have stretch marks, but I'm sure this can't hurt to start to use as a body moisturizer. I plan to have more children in the coming future as well so I'm sure this would be amazing to use while pregnant! Now this doesn't really have a smell. Which is good and bad. Sometimes I like not having to constantly smell like something, and sometimes a gal just wants to smell like strawberries! Such a thick, rich formula though.
Two more things. First! Bioderma! Crealine H20 RRP $29.99 for 250ml so this was a sample size! I've never actually tried their products - call it because of the price or the fact that I just cannot splurge on anything for my face apart from moisturizer, I don't know. But i'm glad this was included so I could give it a go!
Last but not least, a Marsk Eyeshadow Brush RRP $28.95. I love getting brushes in my makeup boxes. I'm not entirely sure what it is about the products no one else seems to love that I just do, but I'm all over them. The bristles are so smooth and I just cannot see this brush going unused. Another winner!
My verdict was that I am so impressed. I don't tend to see many birthday beauty boxes that live up to all the hype, especially when they are so late. This one surpassed my expectations and as soon as I received it I forgot all about the time factor and just couldn't wait to rip into my goodies!
