Beginning Boutique x Loving Tan
Last night, I went to an event that taught you all the tips and tricks for a perfect tan (application, removal, anything else you could think of!) And meet the lovely Skye from Big Brother. Me, an amateur tanner, sat front row so I could take it all in. They covered absolutely everything you could think of and showed us all of the Loving Tan products - including an application mit, an exfoliator mit, a back applicator, 3 types of 6-8 hour tans, 2 types of 2 hour tans and a spray makeup formula. They explained all about the DHA content, and informed us that the tans are actually Olive based, as opposed to red or green, giving you an overall deep tan.
They gave us some amazing tips on how to make sure you don't get horrible streak lines or orange hands and also how to apply like a pro. These formulas are actually made into a mousse as well, which we were told makes it much easier for the tan to soak into your skin and dry within 60 seconds, as opposed to a spray on tan which makes your skin sticky and scared to wear a seatbelt, shoes, clothes in general, you know? Also the smell is amazing, it smells like a combination floral/vanilla scent.
Needless to say, I will be investing in this tan. The price is $30 (give or take) and I would say it is 100% worth it. It left the most flawless finish I have ever seen in a tan in such a short time.
